All rooms have a mini-bar, satellite TV and Sky, radio, safe, telephone, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, kettle and tea bags, hairdryer, cosmetics mirror, bathrobes, bathing slippers, towels for the sauna and pool, rucksack to loan, hiking poles and umbrella. On request various pillows, duvets, and blankets can be arranged, so you enjoy a perfect sleep.

Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY– TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS:
The terms below apply to each group participant and accepted only in writing.

  • March 7, 2025:  Full Refund. No cancellation fees up to 4 months before you are due to arrive.

  • April 4, 2025: Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the retreat will receive a refund in the form of original payment, minus a $800 processing fee.

  • June 5, 2025: Up to 1 month before you are due to arrive we charge 50 % of the total package price.

  • June 20, 2025: From 14 days before you are due to arrive and in the event of early departure we charge 100 % of the total package price.

Travel Insurance-NO REFUNDS WITHOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover any penalties in case of cancellation & to be covered for unexpected medical reasons.
